1) Can I order from your website?

Yes, in fact our online store currently delivers locally and internationally. Some countries may be restricted, please DM us in case you have any questions regarding this matter.

2) I would like to receive Carolika’s newsletter.

You can sign up to our newsletter by filling out the form at the bottom of the Home page. 

3) Can I add a discount code on all Carolika products?

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to products that are already on discount.

4) Which payments methods are available at carolika.com?

At the moment, we are working with Paypal,  a service that enables you to pay without revealing your financial details and allows you to use most credit cards.

5) Tell me about the care instructions of my Carolika garment, please 🙂

Our garments are delicately hand-made the old fashioned way, and we suggest them to be washed manually . In case of using the washing machine, turn the garment inside out and make sure any zippers and other closures are securely fastened. Add your detergent and use the “Delicate” or “Gentle” wash setting with cold water. 

6) What is custom-size garment about?

We offer the do-it-with-us experience. Because it’s a personalized service, an online appointment will be required before any purchase.

7) Can I hire Carolika as a wholesaler provider for my fashion business?
